GEA Robotics

Whichever you choose, the DairyRobot R9500 welcomes cow after cow and helps you manage every step in their lactation, for a new level of intelligent automated milking on your farm.
- The GEA R9500 milking robot features an open, cow-friendly design with adjustable place dimensions to suit different cow sizes and breeds. There is easy access to the udder for cows with special needs. A G5 Time-of-Flight (TOF) camera on the MilkRack detects the position of the cow’s teats to automatically and precisely apply the teat cups on the teats. This TOF principle allows for maximum attachment reliability in a matter of seconds.
DairyProQ Rotary milking parlors
- The GEA DairyProQ robotic rotary is a game-changer in the dairy industry! With the GEA DairyProQ, each step in the milking process is performed robotically on a rotary with one person supervising the entire process. This robotic rotary also includes the intermediate disinfection of the teat cups and their external components between cow milkings. Each stall is modular and is removable for maintenance purposes. This feature helps eliminate any potential downtime as the rotary can still function while technicians work on the stall removed from the rotary. GEA recommends having a stand by unit on the farm for such occasions. The DairyProQ is available in full sizes ranging from 28 to 80 milking stalls, and they offer an economical half load option with 14 stalls.
